  • The Data Automator allows you to automatically import and export different types of transactions out of and into Sybiz Vision automatically. This reduces errors and saves large amount of data entry time.
  • The Data Automator uses XML file formats to import and export data.
  • Currently you can Import the following information:
  • Sales Order, Sales Delivery, Sales Invoice
  • Purchase Order, Purchase Delivery, Purchase Invoice
  • Job Estimates, Job Estimate Templates, Job Journals
  • Manufature Issues, Manufacture Returns Timesheets
  • Customers, Suppliers & Projects
  • If the data already exists in Sybiz Vision, and none of the fields have changed, the data / record will stay the same. If some of the fields have changed then only these fields will be updated. A duplicate record will not be created.
  • Yes you can schedule Imports and Exports as recurring tasks or run them individually. If you have more than one import or export setup, they will all execute automatically based on the order in which they are setup.
